So if you have simple PDF documents that only need a signature to complete it, convert your PDF to Word first. Upon doing so, Word adds the Quick Part to your document.
To do so, simply click on the Insert tab of the Ribbon, Quick Parts, select the Quick Part you wish to insert.
The process is similar as to adding electronic signatures. Once you have created your Quick Part including storing your signature as a Quick Part you are ready to insert it into any document. If you want to add digital (cryptographic) signatures to your documents, you will need a digital certificate issued by the Certificate Authority (CA).
